For people of a certain age, the obvious precedent for my clowning around here is this classic scene from the sitcom "Taxi." After I had my fun with Flapjack, I pulled up that particular episode, and I'm here to tell you: The bit still works. Nearly 40 years later, it still works like gangbusters.
